  • Next working day delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99

Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend are dispatched on the next business day.

Packaging: every order is sent sealed and securely packed, in plain packaging with no product details on the outside.

Tracking: you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times: Please note: shipping is carried out by the respective courier, not by us. Any delivery time shown is an estimate provided by the freight forwarder — not a guarantee. We have no control over transit times once an order is dispatched.

Missed deliveries: if the courier cannot deliver, they will leave a card or send a message with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. Pickup-point parcels are held at the shop for collection and Evri texts or emails you when they are ready. Parcels not collected within the courier's holding period are returned to us and we will contact you to re-send them.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@honeyra.com or WhatsApp 07400461375 with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
