What is in each box?

Each box contains individually wrapped royal honey sachets (honey blended with natural ingredients such as caviar powder, herbs or cinnamon, as printed on the pack). The number of sachets and the sachet weight are listed on every product page – for example Black Horse Original, Vital Honey (10 × 12g), VEGO Honey / Black Tiger (10 × 12g), Vega Honey Gold (10 sachets), Power Rock (10 × 12g), Black Tiger Royal Honey Plus and Sezar Royal Honey 12 Pack (12 × 18g).

What is royal honey?

Royal honey is a honey blend sold in small single-serve sachets: natural honey mixed with ingredients such as caviar powder, royal jelly, herbs or cinnamon, exactly as printed on each box. Honeyra sells the brands’ original, factory-sealed boxes only.

Royal honey pack, packet or sachet – what is the difference?

They are the same thing. A royal honey pack (or packet) is the single-serve sachet inside the box. Our boxes hold 10 or 12 royal honey packs each – the exact count and sachet weight are listed on every product page.

Are the boxes original and sealed?

Yes. We sell the brands' original boxes, factory sealed. We never open, split or repack them.

Where do the products come from and where do you ship from?

Our royal honey is Egyptian-made royal honey sold by Honeyra, a UK-based shop. Every order is packed and posted by Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) 2–3 working days £4.99 – free on orders over £75 or on any order of 5 or more sachets · Next working day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) £6.99 · Collect from a local pickup point (an Evri ParcelShop or Post Office near you) £3.99 – choose “Pickup point” at checkout. Orders placed before 2 pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. We deliver all over the United Kingdom (UK only). Near Canning Town, London (E16) you can also collect for free, or get free hand delivery within 3 miles on orders over £150 – both are offered at checkout.

How is my order packed?

Every order is sent sealed and securely packed, in plain packaging with no product details on the outside.

Can I return an order?

Unopened boxes in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery. See our Refund & returns policy.

How can I pay?

Checkout is secured by Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

How do I use a royal honey sachet?

Each sachet is a single serving. Tear the top, then take the honey straight from the sachet or stir it into a warm drink such as tea or milk. Follow the serving guidance printed on the box.
